This page explains how to permanently delete your AgriPlan account and the data associated with it. Account deletion is requested from inside the app and is completed manually by Vinfarm Solutions support.
Open the AgriPlan app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Danger Zone, enter your Danger Zone PIN, and scroll to 🚪 Delete My Account.
Tap Request Account Deletion and type DELETE to confirm.
Vinfarm Solutions support reviews and fulfils the request, typically within a few business days. You can cancel a pending request at any time from the same screen before it's fulfilled.
Prefer not to use the app? Email info@vinfarm.co.ke from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my AgriPlan account" and we'll process it manually.
Once your request is fulfilled, your sign-in (email/password or Google account link) is permanently deleted, along with all farm data tied to your account, including:

| Sign-in activity logs | Kept up to 90 days for fraud/abuse prevention, then purged |
| Deletion request record itself | Kept as a log that the request was made and fulfilled — no farm data attached |
